I have been in the corporate world for over 25 years, worked in the Life Insurance Industry, and done various roles in American International Group (AIG), Tata AIA Life & Max Life Insurance. Worked right from the start as an insurance advisor selling Life Insurance to a Business Head leading Sales & Distribution channels. My growth & career has been a complete spiral journey of diversified experiences. I had my share of ups & downs, and still achieved good success in whatever I set out to do. What gave me happiness & joy is when I would see the organisation, business, and people perform, get recognised, earn, & grow.
